Computer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Computer Support Specialist to work in the San Diego area. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Current Certifications are a plus.  Experience providing technical support for a company, organization’s customers, or their employer’s staff. They use computer software and equipment to assist them in providing advice and help to their employer and their employee’s.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Experience following and maintaining specifications in installation or design of operating systems cables or other software ensuring the system operates correctly when issuing commands. Problem solving skills to connect with appropriate technicians or vendors for repair and service to any hardware or software or other product. Expected to maintain their knowledge of current technology

Skills may include but not limited to:

Skills in telecommunications, such as, broadcasting, transmission, control and other systems as well as knowledge in engineering and technology in order to give practical application in techniques, procedures and other areas of services and goods. Excellent communication skills, such as listening and communication skills to be clear on understanding problems and offering solution for user requirements.
